Pancakes, along with blini, are one of the most delicious dishes of traditional Russian cuisine. The history of the origin of pancakes goes back to the 16th century, when in Rus' each family had its own signature recipe, passed down over the years from generation to generation.
These ready-made baking mixes are made in strict accordance with signature recipes.
Thanks to the unique recipe of the "Excellent Kitchen" mixes, everyone can now prepare fresh homemade baked goods, even without any special culinary experience.
Instructions:
Mix the contents of the packet thoroughly with 500 ml of warm water or milk until the lumps disappear and a homogeneous mass is obtained. Add 80 ml (4 tablespoons) of vegetable oil. Pour 100 ml of boiling water into the finished dough, stirring continuously.
Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil. Pour the dough into the middle of the frying pan, turning it at the same time so that the dough spreads evenly over the entire surface. When the pancake is browned, turn it over to the other side and continue baking.
If desired, the finished pancakes can be served with sour cream, butter or jam.
