Kubanochka Abkhazian Adjika Sauce

Adjika is a condiment from the Causus Region and is prepared from fresh red pepper and put into jars only by hand, as its consistency is very dense. Each dish - soup, main dish or appetizer - acquires the rich taste and aroma of fresh herbs and spices.

Ingredients: green hot pepper puree, salt, fresh cilantro, fresh garlic, ground dill seeds, ground coriander seeds, dried parsley, dried dill.
